Hymns & Oscillations is an energetic exploration of the Chakra System through songs, chants, and activated frequencies. By paying homage to various multi-cultural emanations, this piece represents a modern manifestation rooted in transcendental sound practices. By combining Solfeggio sound healing frequencies with multimedia projections and an eclectic sound catalogue this show uses intention, innovation, and the human voice as the primary catalyst for energetic exchange.

As a follow up to Matthew Marcum's award-winning, smash hit, Pollock: A Frequency Parable, which received The Artistic Innovation Award at the 2017 St. Louis Fringe Festival, the Fringiest of the Fringe Award at the 2018 Asheville Fringe Festival, and the Encore Producer's Award at the 2018 Hollywood Fringe Festival, culminating in an acclaimed Off-Broadway run at The Soho Playhouse in New York City, Hymns & Oscillations continues to explore the experimental world of sound frequency and it's effect on the human experience.

Hymns and Oscillations is produced by The Unconventional Empire, helmed by Artistic Director Matthew  and will make it's world debut at the St. Louis Fringe Festival in August of 2019. The performance debut will coincide with the Hymns & Oscillations album release, which will feature studio cuts of all music featured in the stage show.
